Day Of Diagnosis

Day of diagnosis, i woke up and got ready to go to the hospital, today was the day i was going to get a diagnosis to an illness that i havent had an answer to in over a year. I had been experiencing a few different ailments over the last year it started in may 2012 when i started getting a lot of panic attacks for no reason, it got so bad i was unable to walk out the front door without one starting. Then that eased off and i went back to work, i work in a shop as a team leader. Anyhow i noticed that shifts were getting harder i seemed to struggle  with pain in all joints, back ache seemed to be my  second name but i put it down to my age and size im no size zero haha.This went on for a few months until  New years day 2013 and after a particularly hard shift i gave in and went to the dr's who for the next month  went through so many tests i started  to feel like a  pin cushion, then the scans and x rays started again no answers as to why i was getting so much pain it didnt make sense i hurt everywhere arms legs head my total body i had been on so many painkillers and was still in pain, so now i was off to see a rheumatolgist to see what she thought it would be.          She had my diagnosis FIBROMYALGIA ( chronic pain ) all over  your body. No cure and will always be there, she gave me some paperwork to read through to explain her diagnosis then sent me on my way, no followup or anything not to me anyhow. She wrote to my dr telling her what painkillers i needed to try and that was it, ive been on a combination of tablets since then i cant say they work at the moment cos i am still in pain
